Service Advisor

The first point of contact with our clients and their vehicles: Makes appointments, greets clients, checks vehicles in, researches and informs clients of manufacturer service recommendations and service bulletins, builds long term relationships.
The Liaison between the clients and the technicians: Understands and documents clients’ service requests and concerns, creates clear service orders for technicians, explains findings and results to clients, offers service and repair options to clients, provides cost estimates, and obtains client approvals.
Manages the service process: Prepares service order for technicians, orders parts, follows up on progress and keeps clients informed, reviews completed service orders to ensure all client concerns have been addressed.
Completes the visit with the clients: Arranges for pickup of vehicles and payment for services, reviews service and answers any questions, reviews any postponed maintenance or repairs and offers future appointments/reminders, conducts follow up.
